2008 NBA Draft Post Tournament. Kind of pissed off that Memphis lost anyway here it is folks. I will basically give you the normal deal.
1. Miami-Michael Beasley PF 6-9 Kansas State Beasley is a good bet to averege 15+
2. Seattle-Derrick Rose PG 6-3 Memphis his name was raising up a little but his team lost and he could not make three throws. I say top 3 lock thought.
3. Minnesota-O.J. Mayo SG 6-5 USC He is my favorite player this year I would love to see him stay in school. I think if he could stay we could finally forget Kobe.
4. New York-Eric Gordon SG 6-5 Indiana I think Gordon is a hotdog he did not do good with that rat coach at all. I say he has to be the pick here thought.
5. Memphis-Brook Lopez PF 7-0 Stanford Lopez is very talented as is about 6-10
6. Milwaukee-Danillo Gallinari SF 6-10 Italy great Euro player one of the better ones
7. LA Clippers-Jerryd Bayless PG 6-3 Arizona better then Gordon but Arizona sucked this year for no apparent reason and some of that has to fall on Bayless.
8. Charlotte-Anthony Randolph PF 6-11 LSU Randolph is a little more polished then Jordan and he may be good down the line. probally a taller Cedric Simmons
9. Chicago-De Andre Jordan C 7-0 Texas A&M Oden had everything and Jordan has only height and agility. He has no game whatsoever. With that said he could at the very least be a Tyson Chandler type.
10. New Jersey-Donte Green SF 6-10 Syracuse he can score and shoot very good.
11. Indiana-Kevin Love PF 6-9 UCLA He brings Bird like attitude althought his game is not like him. Really improved his stock with all those blocks he had.
12. Sacramento-JaVale McGee C 7-0 Nevada I am surprised he is leaving. He has very good body type and some skills but he needs another year to play at a high level.
13. Portland-Darren Collison PG 6-0 UCLA Has 3 Final Fours in as many years and it probally bugs him they have no championship. With Oden will bring exellence in Portland if not in play by attitude.
14. Golden State-Chase Buddinger SF 6-8 Arizona Chase did not improve his game a ton but he still is talented and athletic and he is a GS top player.
15. Phoenix-Brandon Rush SG 6-6 Kansas had a pretty good tournament. Is unselfish and makes three's. Could be a Grant Hill type player.
16. Toronto-Nicholas Batum SG 6-8 France Batum was much ballyhoed but has been falling. I think he could make a nice fit here
17. Philadelphia-Chris Douglas Roberts wow he was bad down the stretch shooting three throws but he has a mix of Andre Igoudala on Defense and Danny Granger/Rodney Carney on offense.
18. Washington-Darrell Arthur PF 6-10 Kansas I would love to see him play with LeBron but he will be picked here if not higher. Superfreak athlete
19. Cleveland-Robin Lopez C 7-0 Stanford who knows about Big Ben. Can rebound and is more agile then his older bro. I can see comparisons to Drew Gooden here.
20. Denver-DJ Augestine PG 5-11 Texas played bad in the tournament is pretty much just a scorer when I think of his peek abilities.
21. New Jersey-Serge Ibaka PF 6-10 Congo I would not mind seeing him go in the lottery he has some very good skills. Could help New Jersey
22. Orlando-Joe Alexander SF 6-8 West Virginia is pretty talented and versatile.
23. Seattle-Earl Clark SF 6-9 Louisville this guy can flat out rebound and he is extremely versatile however he cannot shoot.
24. Utah-Roy Hibbert C 7-2 Georgetown kind of got lost in the crowd. He would fit nice here as he is not very mobile and is a pretty good defender.
25. Houston-Tyler Hansbrough PF 6-9 North Carolina brings the right attitude and would come off the bench at two positions PF and even C. can really score at will.
26. Memphis-Mario Chalmers PG 6-2 Kansas Frankly I think he will be gone by here. The clutch performer of the year threes and defense out of this world. Trade Bait.
27. San Antonio-Jason Thompson PF 6-10 Rider has the complete package of skills and mobility to warrent a first round selection despite being from a small school.
28. New Orleans-Tyler Smith SF 6-7 Tennesee I can just see him on ally oops with Paul
29. Detroit-Lester Hudson PG 6-3 TN-Martin is kind of old but has that Stuckley Billups type of game. It is him or Courtney Lee from Western Kentucky
30. Boston-DJ White this type of game is at a premium on there team.

Stupid internet advertisements

What makes me mad. I am so sick of those idiotic comercials on internet for all those poser online schools. They add stupid messages even when you are reading on the nations top institutions why in god's name would one who looks at Harvard, and Princeton even care at Pheonix University. It is stupid shit that even the NFL has decided to waste there money on. And whats up with those stupid comercials on local TV for a bunch of reject colleges. Those colleges are to be the workers for the state and private schools of this country. Stop the madness already.

NBA Draft 2008 Part 2

There is 11.5 inches of snow from the last snow storm from yesterday althought most has melted in just one day. Anyway here it goes.
1. Miami-Michael Beasley is not as good as Durant was last year but there is no Oden here and he should easily be the number one pick here.
2. Minnesota-Derrick Rose he plays on the best team in the Nation from my point of view. He can really play all around. Complete package
3. Memphis-Brook Lopez I did not see the hype last year. This year It is obvious should definantly be a Top 5 lock.
4. Seattle-Jerryd Bayless would be a nice complement to Durant scoring rise but there would be a ton of ball hawking.
5. New York-Whoever they pick here should not and could not be liked. I would say maybe DeAndre Jordan but he is a project right now.
6. LA Clippers-Danillo Galinari he has having a big year in Europe
7. Charlotte-Eric Gordon big time college scorer who has been on a nightmare season and stabbed Illinois in the back. Mayo even in a bad year should be better
8. Milwaukee-O.J. Mayo GO BACK TO SCHOOL YOU COULD GO #1 NEXT YEAR.
9. Indiana-I am sure they would love to dumb Tinsley for DJ Augestine.
10. Chicago-Nicholas Batum has some very nice potential I think that would not be bad
11. Phoenix-Roy Hibbert he is basically the modern Shaq but hey he is only 22.
12. Sacramento-JaVale McGee looks like a 7-0 athletic freak and at this time he is not as freakish as Jordan but is more polished.
13. Portland-Chase Buddinger even in a bad year I think he would compliment Roy-Alridge and Oden very well. Love would also be a good pick.
14. Denver-Ty Lawson a pure point guard who can pass the ball to Iverson and Anthony
15. New Jersey-Darren Collison probally the top point guard will have to battle Marcus Williams UCONN for the Jason Kidd of the team.
16. Philadelphia-Chris Douglas Roberts he is a good scorer but is not a number one but at least he can score a little.
17. Washington-Hasheem Thabeet they are bad Defensive team and Thabeet is a tall 7-2 shot blocker who is a good athlete.
18. Toronto-Tyler Hansbrough may be more polished then Love at this point and he is the top player in America. Could be a great piece to the puzzle there.
19. Cleveland-Richard Hendrix I think it will be him over Love.
20. Golden State-Tyler Smith is pretty versatile and athletic. Had good year B Ball
21. Orlando-Darell Arthur. I would be surprised if he slipped this far he is extremely athletic and should be a star next year at Kansas.
22. Utah-Courtney Lee had a big year and seems like a Jazz man.
23. New Jersey-Serge Ibaka extremely athletic would fit in here.
24. Seattle-Kevin Love again I dont expect this big of a slip. His aunt was an olympian his dad played in the NBA. And there not the famous ones Mike Love is.
25. Houston-DeVon Hardin he rebounds at a extremely high rate.
26. New Orleans-Shan Foster this guy hits a ton of threes nice scorer to Paul's dish
27. Memphis-Bill Walker would be a athlete in the Rudy Gay athlete mold.
28. San Antonio-Jason Thompson had huge year and is very athletic.
29. Detroit-Semith Erdan is a 7-0 who could be like Rasheed Wallace
30. Boston-Nathan Jawai another big man who deserves 1st round status. Euro
The Midway Basketball awards
They might actually be good-LA Lakers

The Tragedy of Kirkwood shootings

I go to school in Kirkwood, Missouri and I was in school the day of the shooting when my teacher Robert Lee ph.d said that we dont have to worry about violence in America and people getting blown away at every turn.I wanted to tell him that I thought about it all the time. That same day 2 miles away it happened. I cannot believe he shot the mayor. The shooter was a sucessful and popular man named Cookie Thornton and he was even friends with KMOV Channel 4 Newsman Doug Vaughn. In the last 3 months he snapped after a long and loosing battle with Kirkwood. He had been fined roughly 85,000 dollars in 7 years. He also stated that he felt like he was on a plantation. So maybe he should have called some one who can help him like Al are Jesse who could have helped in this case. Instead he went for a ruthless act and opened fire on one completely innocent cop, 1 cop who had no clue what would happen, and 4 targeted victims who were all in the city council. May god have mercy on his soul. It seems weird that a man with only little fights with the city of such the variety as a Martin Luther King protest grown into a cold blooded killer. The area in which he lives is a relatively peaceful community of predominantly blacks. This community over the last 3 years has shown complete hatred of police. Not the kind of hatred that a teeneager feels after getting a ticket but instead a hatred to kill. In 2005 a cop was murdered by a young kid. That Kid Johnson was sentenced to death. Some thing that was way over board. The situation occured because Johnson lost his brother that day to natural death. He went nuts and shot officer McInty who was trying to calm him down. The kid had a bad temper but was not really bad.Last year in January Michael Devlin was living in Kirkwood with Ben Ownsby and Shawn Hornbeck whom he had kidnapped. Hornbeck had been captured for 4 years. The Meacham Park area named after a St.Louis civil rights pioneer who gave up his life to teach blacks to read before the civil war. This area had recieved nice new homes in the previous 4 years but these homes were given to them kind of in a ethnic redistribution plan in which for all practical purposes besides physical violence to the extreme it was ethnic cloning. There has been a complete civil unrest between Meacham Park and Kirkwood and it is on a point of a physical war with Kirkwood in which innocent victims could be given martyrdom with there lives not just only in the wallet. To fix the problem in Kirkwood the whites in the city government should give the blacks of Meacham Park more of a say in the city government. They should have some of there own representatives and they should be given black cops to control the area of Meacham Park as this is not really a violent place and in many of the homes are about as nice as my families house. To achieve peace they should be given a chance to prosper and do commerse on there own while the whites should gain the freedom of safety from violence and all would be better. Until then the city is on the brink of a civil war inside the United States of America. Free the Jena 6.

My Presidential Endorsements who cares?

GOP-I endorse Former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. I think he is the most conservative of the guys left in office. Huckabee is too wishy washy and is a split in the Romney camp, McCain is likely to get beat bad by a Democrat regardless of what the polls say, and Ron Paul voted against his parties number one area Iraq War.
The McCain accusations were bad about Romney as Romney does not want to withdrawl from Iraq. I think Romney could be a good fiscal president to, as he has made a lot of money off of Wall Street. I dont like the Liberal Republican purge of the party against big names such as Limbaugh, Hannity, and Savage. I will vote for Romney because as a Republican he is the only hope the GOP has to win.

Democrat-I endorse Senator Barack Obama from Illinois. He is a man who can deliver some very good speeches. He is far from my points of view on many subjects such as the War on Iraq and how to deal with the economy, but unlike Sen. Hillary "Another 8 years of Bill" Clinton he can stick to his convictions. He is a champion of his liberal cause which is not necessarily a bad thing and he can draw even some fed up Republicans who are tired of the economic and amnesty crises. Also noteable unfortunately is that Barack is half black this is always bad as the race should not be mentioned in the race. This however will lead to racist tensions in the Democratic party between the Party machine of Hilary led by Clinton with the goons of the party led by Jimmy Carville, Jesse Jackson, and Mateline Albright. I think that if Obama see's the seriousness of leaving the Iraq war that he could be a very good president in the line of John F. Kennedy or Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Hilary is very moderate in her politics and I feel that she is dangerous as is McCain to American way of life.

My prediction for the GOP race with the canidates that may win.
McCain 44% Clinton 52% Bloomberg 6%. McCain 42% Obama 55% Bloomberg 3%.
Romney 50% Clinton 48% Bloomberg 1.5 Romney 46% Obama 52% Bloomberg 1.5%

Superbowl XLII Prediction Sure to go wrong

As the oft funny and equally oft-iritating Mike and Mike would say. They cover football way to much but Greenberg is a pretty funny smart jewish nerd and Golic is a good commentator Catholic big jock.My heart hates the one team that is playing. The team from the Boston area that for the love of god I will not announce. The Giants are led by Eli who just beat Favre and the Green Bay Packers in the Ice Bowl III. I say that the secret weopan will no doubt be the running game of the Giants. They will likely hit that quarterback for severel sacks (3). That quarterback will have a efficient game however as he never gets flustered 24-34-279-2 TD 1 INT. His reciever Randy Moss who is the most talented WR of all time by the way will have a stat line like this 9-117-1TD. The Running game will be effective in clock time by getting 32-139-2TD. Maroney will have 75 yards and a score for the Roosevelt 2003 grad. Big Ups to the local kid who is 5 days my senior. The Giants will be effective in there running game as they will throw severel picks and will get severel sacks. I see Manning with this 18-31-212-2TD 2 INT. I see there running game posting 41 attempts for 164 yards and two scores. The Defensive MVP for New England is Mike Vrabel on the offense it will be Tom Brady. The difference of this game will be a late 4th quarter touchdown led by Manning in which he will play brilliantly. We will see Manning beat the beats just like his older brother did last year. The season spoiled the truth in the open the score 35-31 Giants.
